Ceremony of Light
We gather to celebrate the Ceremony of Light on Thursday evening (27th Feb) at 7pm in St. Anne’s Church, Ballylinan.
We keep all our young people in our prayers at this special time in their lives as they prepare for their Confirmation.
The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes (11th Feb) – World Day of Prayer for the Sick – Mass & Anointing 10am Tuesday in Arles
On 11th February 1858 Our Lady first appeared to 14-year-old Bernadette Soubirous. In 1992 Pope John Paul II instituted the World Day of the Sick to be held this date.
