The death has occurred of Grace Boran, (née Gahan), Ballinagall, Ballickmoyler, Carlow and formerly Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. Grace passed away peacefully on November 18th 2023 at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.

Beloved wife of the late Michael, much loved mother of Marie and Lorraine and loved mother-in-law of Dave, adored grandmother of Emily-Rose and Cameron-Michael, cherished sister of Mary, Bridie, Saiveen, Willie, Pat, Eddie, John, Ann and the late James and treasured sister-in-law of Eileen Boran Rice. She will be very much missed by her loving daughters, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, son-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing for close family and friends at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow from 6pm on Thursday with prayers at 8.45pm that evening. Funeral Mass on Friday in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Arles at 11am, followed by a private cremation in Mt Jerome Crematorium, Dublin.
