Dates for the celebration of Holy Communion and Confirmation have not yet been fixed in the parish.
The advice from the Taoiseach’s Office, and from Bishops House, is that we should not hold any ceremonies in either May or June. It is hoped that during these weeks a further roll out of vaccines and other preventative measures will enable our country to get a better foothold against the virus, allowing for further freedoms later in the summer.
As a parish we will honour this request and monitor any further announcements from government and Bishop Denis. As soon as we are allowed to gather safely, we will strive to pick dates that are suitable for everyone.
